Ive had 30 years experience in the equestrian industry working, competing and teaching. I have a passion for dressage and showing, but also enjoy teaching jumping lessons too. I've shown at Horse of the Year Show and hope to ride there again. I especially want to improve riders confidence, to build up a trust in your horse to hack or compete. We can set goals and work on how to get there. We all need to keep working on ourselves to make life better for our horses. Being in a club is a great place where we can all support each other.

Lovely review from Sam McEwan Clinics
Hi All
I had a brilliant flatwork lesson with Sam McEwan at OMP Stud on Sunday.
Having spent the year trotting around the countryside, through rivers, forests and up massive hills, I have come to the realisation that I need to improve both my riding and Ben's schooling, to ensure that Ben is carrying himself properly on long and testing endurance rides. So I plucked up the courage to bring Ben to a flatwork clinic.
Sam McEwan immediately put me at my ease, explaining that she had competed a traditional cob herself at dressage and currently competed native ponies. We first worked on my contact and Sam ensured I was aware of the feel that I should have with him. Once he began to soften then we worked on pushing his energy into the contact and finished with some leg yielding and cantering (work in progress!). Sam is an extremely positive instructor and I came out of the lesson tired but beaming with lots of information on what I should be doing out hacking etc to strengthen Ben. I am looking forward to the next lesson!
So if you are thinking about improving your flatwork, then do book into the HRRC clinics as they are suitable for all levels of riders and horses.'

Lovely Review from Kirsty Olivers Clinics

Hey Kirsty,
I just wanted to say thank you so much for my lesson today. You're an amazing instructor and was very patient with me being a bag of nerves.
